Good Morning;

Stats have been updated for all Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba players up to Friday, November 20. THE PCACA doesn't produce specific stats, so if any of you have these or would like them included, please forward. From B.C., we have updated POE, OHA and Kamloops stats.

Rankings
There have now been several tournaments in each of the four provinces which have given us a good feel on where players should be slotted in the overall scheme of things. The Medicine Hat tournament was a useful tournament in that regard as some of the top players should why they should remain at the top, while others have fallen. We have expanded the 1997 born age group from a top 175 to a top 200. Many new players have joined the conversation as top players.

Interviews
I had a chance to speak with an offensive minded defenseman from Alberta who looks up to Josh Morrissey in the WHL and Drew Doughty in the NHL. He wants to play like those players.

I speak to one of the top, if not the top 98 born prospect from Manitoba. He has taken a big leap forward this year and tells us why.

We speak with a big power forward who was born in Kansas City but has taken his talents to a very powerful hockey program. He thinks he can make noise in the WHL one day

Finally, I speak with a Washington State forward who looks to highly touted players who came from the same neck of the woods last year and were drafted in to the WHL.

News and Notes
The Top 20 power rankings make there fourth appearance on the newsletter. This time around, we break down why the top 10 are who they are. We also rank the American Top 10 teams.

Listed are the up coming tournaments this season across western Canada as well.

We re-cap some of the major tournaments that have taken place as of late.

best regards,

Tyler Neisz
