Kamloops will not be at Kibiht will be at Westerns

Anonymous said...

Don't they have to win the Province 1st??

Anonymous said...

Kamloops will HOPEFULLY be at Westerns but they will have to play very well as there are several teams that could de-rail that...not sure who is doing the spooning here to stir things up

Anonymous said...

Aside from Kamloops and BWC who else has a shot at it?

Anonymous said...

Only 1 Alberta team?

Anonymous said...

Kamloops heavy favorite. Shouldn't be close.

Anonymous said...

More spooning....

I guess if you live under a rock you might not have heard the way most (not all) of the Kamloops players have been talking all season. Ironic that the post times coincide with school lunch break.

Anonymous said...

Good point on the lunch time posts...its too bad if it is most of the Kamloops kids doing these silly posts that they represent themselves in such a manner...they have a good team and really should know better

Anonymous said...

Are you people really going to fall for that! Kids today all have IPhones and Blackberrys that they can post from at anytime. Don't believe, just take a look at your kids Facebook and see how many are posting during class!

I would bet that the lunch time postings are actually coming from parents who actually have to work during the day and run at lunch hour to post!

Anonymous said...

That's funny! "My little darling would never follow the rules and keep his phone turned off during class. He would just post whatever he wants, whenever he darned well wants to"

Your right. Got to be the parents.

Anonymous said...

Well if the kids should know better then what can you say about the parents??? No wonder people not involved in hockey have some of the opinions they do about hockey parents....

Spruce Grove will challenge kamloops for the title as will POE, because Kamlloops, if in westerns, shouldn't take this tounrey too seriously. Also i thought Surrey and Abbotsford were going to be at this tournament. I thought that in ST. Albert final, Spruce Grove and Kamloops played a 1 goal game. So how will kamloops have it easy???

Blazers have beat the best at Medicine Hat and St Albert. Have 2 games against Kelowna; will win 2 straight.

3 PCAHA teams will be in Provincials as Abby hosts. BWC and Abby are no push overs and with Seafair or Langley, and Cloverdale or Hollyburn also in the final four, they will also challenge Kamloops. I would say Odds on favorites to win the BC provincials (at this point) would be Kamloops and BWC at 2 to 1, Abby at 3 to 1, Seafair and Cloverdale at 5 to 1, and Langley or Hollyburn at 7 to 1. NSWC and Surrey at 10 to 1. Alberta is anyone's guess. Any thoughts on Alberta or Saskatchewan or manitoba odds to win thier provincials?

who is the favorite to represent Van Island

Anonymous said...

I hope kamloops is enjoying their view on their high horse.

Bisons parent here, alot of people are not liking Kamloops comments or hockey, maybe save your comments for if or when yo knock them out. Personally, I hope Kamloops make to Westerns, I hope our kids have a chance to play them again.
Also, before anyone rips me, I have no issues with BC teams, just that Kamloops beat the Bisons straight up, Good Luck to all!

hollyburn ahead of surrey?

Favorites to Win Westerns

1 Kamloops- Medicine Hat and St Albert tourny wins
Easy playoffs in Okanagan and round robin provincial Championships.
Likely to be in Provincial Final.

Kamloops will win the Super Bowl next year and will dominate for the next decade in hockey....they have a 2005 who scored 42 goals in 12 minutes of scrimmage in Initiation B this week and will be AP for the Blazers starting the next round of playoffs plus he has a poster of Sidney Crosby in his bedroom and scouts already think he may be better than all the kids on BWC or in all of Alberta....

Anonymous said...

8:29 that is hilarious!

Anonymous said...

Pretty weak looking tournament overall

Anonymous said...

Some very weak teams to go with the strong teams. Dont see Vernon winning a game

Anonymous said...

Kamloops is a great team to watch. They have been coached well and they play like a team. Why not go watch them play and form your own opinions?

Anonymous said...

Kamloops can be beat...

Anonymous said...

KIBIHTS: Never count out the blue collar Chilliwack team as a weak walk over. They held BWC to a 4-1 win with 2 BWC goals being PP. Chilliwack also had a 4-4 tie with ABBY this season. If they play the way they can...don't turn your back on them...Longfellow(13) and Westeringh(16) can skate and score, Gaultier(19) and Downing(11) can hit like anvils. Chilliwack could be the spoilers if nothing else...remember...any given team on any given day...

Anonymous said...

Yes Kamloops can be beat. Notre Dame took it to them in Med hat exept the officating dictated the outcome.

Donny boy is sure to dominate at the KIBIHT tournament, MVP candidate.

3 55 they also got killed 16-1 so maybe BWC had a tough game, or was having a bad day.
