Coverage

As was the case last year, all leagues from B.C. all the way to Manitoba will be covered this year once again.  It is currently the pre-season so the blog coverage is primarily on the few tournaments and updates that are taking place right now.  The Alberta AAA AMBHL season is beginning tomorrow and we'll have comments, updates and plenty of opinion on that.  There is a tournament in Melfort next weekend, prior to the Saskatchewan Bantam season kicking off in the 2 leagues shortly after.  The Manitoba bantam season in Winnipeg and Rural will get underway in early October as well.

I apologize for the seemingly weighted B.C. content, which some readers have been complaining about in various email messages.  However, we try to keep readers as up to date as possible as to what is going on through twitter and blog.  Things promise to pick up in the coming weeks as mentioned across all provinces.

As far as the newsletter is concerned, it is totally separate from the blog and they shouldn't be thought of in the same breathe.  The newsletter is 25 pages of content which ranks the top 150 for 97 born, top 95 for 98 players, it ranks the top 50 USA born players and has various interviews with players from all provinces and other news.

I hope this clarifies some issues that people are having with the content.
